Help in the bushes are pleased to announce the changing of our format for the adhoc events diary which now allows event organiser to include a photo/poster plus a new action button to take potential customers to their website. In The old format there were limitations on the number of events visible at one time per month, our new format now shows all listed events.
As a website run by the community for the community we do not charge for event listings as we want to support our local events across East Surrey. If you want to email us details of an event you are organising please email webmaster@helpinthebushes.co.uk
Whilst we are focusing on the following listing on smaller groups our community centres and the YMCA both host a wide range of clubs, activities and groups that may be of interest.
Visit Surrey is also a great reference point to events across the entire county.
Due to the vast array of events, clubs, activities and groups they offer and the constantly growing list of events please visit their sites for even more events.
Our local community centres are a hive of activity please see the link for the full schedules of regular events at the Reigate & Banstead Council run centres at Horley, Woodhatch and Banstead.
“A place for wellbeing”
At our community centres we are passionate about wellbeing, we offer an extensive range of activities.
Some of the activities we offer include fitness and relaxation classes for all abilities, art and craft sessions, children’s activities as well as a range of fun activities such as bowls, bingo card games and table tennis!

Please remember to tell us about events, support groups and club that are hosting events or providing services to the community.
This website has been set up for the community by members of the community so offers free listings as we want to support our local venues, clubs, events and groups.
If you have an event to list please drop us an email to webmaster@helpinthebushes.co.uk to be listed for free.
We can only list events, groups and clubs that we know about. This is an ideal opportunity to have your events / club / group listed at no cost to you.
Are you a sports group with a next season starting such as one of the many rugby or football clubs, are you starting a new service - don’t forget we can promote your events, groups and services.
