Our circles are designed for all MEN to be able to see each other, no man should not be seen whilst that man is sharing his life experiences, our circles hold the highest confidentiality and respect, we do not judge or make assumptions of any men whilst they are doing their work.
All MEN are welcome to come and join us there is no pressure for you to interact, if you wish to listen this is welcomed also, we do encourage you to share with what is life for you at the moment, this is so we can support you and for you to feel heard by other men who may be also going through something similar as you, the gift of sharing reveals other ways of thinking and also feeling lighter for communicating with others.
Being authentic and keeping to our word is paramount as a community, our outer circle line keeps our container strong, and we hold all of our support within this circle and also with our mentor one to one sessions as well.
Sessions held in Horley, Crawley and East Grinstead
