Our Reception opening times are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 4.45pm on Friday.

For entry in to the Castle Grounds a code can be obtained in person or via the phone from Reception at the Town Hall. Please note; the code can only be requested by the person(s) wishing to enter the grounds.

Enquiries about highways, road maintenance (potholes), road works and road safety should be directed to Surrey County Council, the organisation responsible for most roads in Surrey.
For all other enquiries contact our Contact Centre by phone. The usual opening hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm. If you know the name of the person or department you wish to speak to you can use our automated switch board service from 8.45am and until 5pm. Please note that the times during which individuals or departments are contactable by telephone may differ from those of the Contact Centre.
